its all about technique and getting your mind set psychologically, i normally fold 2 pieces together to make the pizza seem smaller :D

i wont use chip pans either, about a month ago i went to switch our old one on but the button was sticking, i gave it a bit more force then it...
i'm always cremating pizzas that i put in the oven, i go throw some music on and forget until i can smell it coming to an end :(
