Yeah, every time i have been to promise, i have enjoyed myself - that can't be said for any of the other clubs i have been to in the area.

As well as that - it could be troublesome trying to get live feeds from clubs - as a lot of dj's dont want their live sets recorded... Im sure...
that stormlive.com used to have streamind sound and video, and ran pretty well on even my poxy 56K... one thing i think it would be worth looking...
